RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns will be accepted. Customers are eligible for an exchange in case of faulty or damaged products. customer needs to record a video at the time of the delivery and share proof of the damage for exchange within two days.
On hand embroidered sarees and suits there may be little variations in Color or Embroidery due to hand dyed the hand embroidered process of making each product unique and hence the shade tone may vary by 3-5% .
We recommend making a video while opening the parcel you've received to avoid any conflicts while applying for exchange.
Exchange will be processed after receiving the return parcel.
(Exchange is available only for domestic orders. Due shipping limitations we don't provide any return and exchange on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.)
