Our Tamanna Saree has the Ready to Ship Material which typically takes 2-3 Days to Dispatch.
Handmade Collections Banarasi and Chikankari Dispatch with in 10 -12 Days time.
Other Crafts Like Applique, Ajrak, Linen, Kota Doria Dispatch with in 7-10 Days time, even before if material is available.
We use fast shipping services to deliver the parcels.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns will be accepted. Customers are eligible for an exchange in case of faulty or damaged products. customer needs to record a video at the time of the delivery and share proof of the damage for exchange within two days.
On hand embroidered sarees and suits there may be little variations in Color or Embroidery due to hand dyed the hand embroidered process of making each product unique and hence the shade tone may vary by 3-5% .
We recommend making a video while opening the parcel you've received to avoid any conflicts while applying for exchange.
Exchange will be processed after receiving the return parcel.
(Exchange is available only for domestic orders. Due shipping limitations we don't provide any return and exchange on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.)
